Explore our Signature Matchas

Every matcha here starts the same way: ceremonial-grade leaf, sifted, whisked to order, and never poured out of a pitcher. What changes is what we whisk it into. Fruit we cook down ourselves, milk we tested for weeks, and ice that is in no hurry.

About Our Community

We bring people together through events, connection, and community.

Yoka Tea is a counter, a few small tables, and a room that keeps filling up with people who did not arrive together. We pour for the regulars, the first-timers, and whoever wanders in at closing. The events are simple: a pop-up, a tasting, a long afternoon. Bring a friend, or leave with one.

A whisking table and a new harvest

An open evening at the counter. We whisk ceremonial-grade matcha to order, pour a few things that have not made the board yet, and answer anything you want to ask about the leaf and the water.

Flowers and cold matcha, one table

Flowers and cold drinks for one afternoon. Build a bouquet at one table, pick up an iced matcha at the other, and carry both home before the light goes.

For the tealovers and coffeedrinkers

Two counters, one room. On one side ceremonial-grade matcha and single-origin milk teas, whisked and shaken to order. On the other, house coffee.

Modifiers

Sweetness

Espresso over sparkling yuzu, poured on plenty of ice. It is bitter, bright and citrus-forward, with the peel arriving late and then staying. It wakes you up twice: once for the coffee, once for the fruit.

Banana Bread Latte

Modifiers

Milk, Sweetness

House banana bread syrup, steamed milk and a double shot poured over plenty of ice. It drinks like the last slice of a warm loaf, all brown sugar and baking spice, without ever turning into a dessert.

We share the counter with the bakers, florists and roasters whose work we like. Watch the board, or just ask us what is coming up next week.
